360 Finance Asset Management was established as our first specialized networking group consisting only of members who at that time were working within the asset management industry. The group is unfortunately slighte predominated by men, however we managed to make a 60/40% split between men and women.
360 Finance Professional is the first networking group we launched in 2020. Joining 360 Finance Professionals required no more than 1-5 years of professionals after graduation.The group is splitted into 50% women and 50% men across industries such as consulting, investment and banking and non-service organizations.
360 Finance Professionals ll was founded in 2021 as a student network group called 360 Finance Students only consisting of student members. However, after the first year some of our members graduated and we could feel that there was an excitement to continue in the network.
